This project provides a large hotel and conference facility with generous office provisions, 220 apartments and 50,000 sq.m of retail and a transport interchange. The two signature 35 storey towers located either side of the motorway form the physical gateway to the city, which has the capacity to be of international significance and attract retailers, business conferences and corporate headquarters from Europe and beyond.
