This iconic hospital architecture project was designed to facilitate the treatment of some of the Middle East’s most powerful royalty

In association with SAK, Pivotal and KMD architects, we were appointed to design a new hospital and trauma centre located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The facility will comprise of 15 floors over one basement level and currently has a total floor area of 60,000m². This area includes a total of approximately 36,223m² of clinical/medical space, which houses the 75 clinical examination rooms, and 220 beds which are provided in private and semi-private rooms.

The hospital is also designed to cater for VIPs and Royalty, where the uppermost floor is directly accessed through separate private entrances and lobbies on the ground floor. Also incorporated in the design are the following clinical departments: Emergency Rooms, Rehabilitation Clinic, Imaging Suite, Consultants Clinics, Ambulatory Care, IVF Clinics, Pulmonary Services, ICU, NICU & Burn Unit, Surgery & PACU, Obstetrics & Post Partum, Pediatrics & PICU.
