Master Plan Development in Nigeria

Fewer Harrington & Partners have been appointed to design a significant 100 hectare mixed-use exclusive gated eco-resort master plan development in Nigeria

The master plan will be a truly unique exclusive gated eco-resort for wealth, offering more than 10km of water frontage property, surrounded by the world’s rarest mangroves, 1,000-acre ecological wetlands creating an exclusive eco-resort with fresh air and pristine waterways. The conceptual master plan will incorporate lush green plants covering the building facades, sky gardens and a roof top gardening system, creating a forest-like environment designed to purify the air, conserve rainwater and diminish noise. The resort will consist of 100 Hectares which will be divided into a number of small islands, that will be linked by over 5km of inland waterways and ecological wetlands, which will provide a truly unique eco-resort destination for billionaires.

“Development is about building a long term future and creating places that are a truly unique leisure destination and we are extremely pleased to be part of such an exciting project in Nigeria.”
